  • Take a holistic view of systems and understand how the hardware, networking, and middleware layers integrate with software components.



  • PhD, Masters or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline

This junior Developer will assist in the design and development of large scale, robust, and high performing applications that support multiple databases, high capacity inputs and outputs, and multi-threaded code.



  • Design, develop and support service-oriented applications including Winform applications, web applications and web services used primarily by trading and operations desks.

This client, a major medical device company located in an attractive mid-coastal California city, is seeking a Product Manager experienced with medical devices and software development, marketing, and sales.


This is a new position for an expanding team which supports client’s very successful medical device product line.  He or she will liaison between the technical software engineers and customers.  Will have an active role in interactive with clients, who are primarily doctors and medical staff, to develop new ideas for future products.



Plans, organizes, and controls an assigned product line from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives by performing the following duties.



  • Develops new products in conjunction with Marketing, Engineering and Sales Management personnel.
  • Manages day to day progress of product
  • Participates in overall product strategy, research and development requirements, development, and manufacturing coordination for new and emerging products.
  • Coordinates technical product development, estimates of potential profits, and release to production specific to product line
  • Establishes operational and project objectives and delegates assignments to project team.
  • Directs and coordinates the activities of project team personnel (engineering, manufacturing, procurement, marketing and quality) to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.

  • Produces competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors. Establish and maintain relationships with key surgeons.

  • Identifies market potential, establishes pricing and market strategies, estimates potential sales, introduces market, distribution/channel issues, and manages mature product through phase-out.
  • Manages the development stage of the product life cycle.




  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience reflecting a combination of both medical device/software sales and marketing/product management experience or clinical experience is essential.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in software based medical device or medical software marketing/product management and/or sales is required.
  • Willingness and proven ability to travel.  Expected travel up to 30%.



Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Knowledge of medical device/software development, marketing, and sales.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT department practices and operations, including understanding of healthcare security and privacy policies and standards (e.g., HIPAA), general networking, IT hardware, etc.
  • Ability to converse with and address technical concerns from healthcare IT professionals.

Mid-sized, growing hotel & gaming organization seeking IT Manager & Operations Administrator who will be responsible for overseeing entire IT Operations System and Network Administrators for the Enterprise Systems.   He/she manages the support, incident response and root cause analysis for Enterprise systems and insures systems meets SLA standards.  Will also manage proactive system administration tasks and insures standards in Active Directory and network systems, manages service tickets through in-depth analysis, escalation and resource management. Works closely with key managers to insure standards are met as well as processes developed.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily operations and priorities for the Operations Administrators
  • Supervise, manage and mentor a team of Operations Administrators about shift work, responsibilities, performance and Gaming/Hospitality operations IT best practices
  • Maintains the service level agreements and vendor liaison
  • Analysis service tickets and drive time to resolution through resource management and escalation
